I flatted not once, but twice. Why does the race I love the most hate me the most? Both flats were definitely pinches. So, I came up with the perfect solution! Build myself a set of 32-spoke ambrosio tubular wheels with 24mm Vittoria pave tubies. Oh yes, I'm not flatting on those bad boys!

Seriously, why do I always try to wolf down microwaved food before it cools? Now I think the roof of my mouth is going to fall off. It's a regular occurrence. I'm intelligent.

Trainer Intervals!

One thing I love about riding the trainer is how gosh darn consistent and even the intervals are. Sure it doesn't translate to real world riding, but man oh man does it look cool on the computer.
