Trainer Intervals!


One thing I love about riding the trainer is how gosh darn consistent and even the intervals are. Sure it doesn't translate to real world riding, but man oh man does it look cool on the computer.

This workout was:

WU: 10 min
MS: 2x 20min Criss-Cross intervals @ 280/240 w/5 min L2 between, 20 min L3 (~240)
CD: 10 min
